Divisional learning groups and ICT meetings.
New teachers are given an intro to LwICT session 3) Does your division have any strategies for ongoing professional learning (For example: Professional Learning Community - online, face-to-face, mentors, etc?)
Southwest Horizon has technology mentors in every school. The mentors provide guidance at the school level. A divisional tech mentor provides larger PD sessions to school groups.
